The Module Process Manager oversees the development of module assembly processes for a gigafactory, ensuring performance targets are met and collaborating with customers and suppliers to specify and improve processes.

Assist with financial analysis and project coordination for low-carbon battery manufacturing, supporting the Gigafactory project.

Develop and mature lithium-ion cell assembly processes from concept through pilot-scale validation. Design experiments (DoE), lead pilot-line definition, specify equipment, perform root-cause analysis, and hand over robust processes to industrialization teams.

Develop and improve lithium-ion battery cell formation and testing processes for safety, quality, and productivity. Analyze electrical performance data, conduct root cause and failure analysis, reduce defects, and support manufacturing process resolution during production ramp-up. The role also applies statistical analysis, machine learning, electrochemical characterization, and formation process software including MES and SCADA.

Develop physics-based and data-driven models for Li-ion battery degradation, conduct experiments, analyses, and provide support to product development.

Lead coating and drying electrode process engineering for a gigafactory: support SOP and ramp-up, optimize slot-die coating, increase automation, test/validate coating technologies, and perform root-cause investigations of coating defects.

The R&D Data Science Group Leader manages teams in data science and prototyping, overseeing projects, strategy, and collaboration to drive innovation and deliver actionable insights.

The Electrode Industrialization Engineer will manage electrode design integration, oversee project execution, analyze processes, and drive continuous improvement in battery manufacturing.

Perform lithium‑ion cell prototyping and testing, support electrode fabrication (coating, pressing, cutting), optimize manufacturing process parameters, document protocols and IP, and assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a cleanroom R&D environment.
