Develop, test, and maintain scripts for Monaco TPS and QA solutions to automate and optimize clinical workflows.
Support customers by developing scripting solutions that improve efficiency and address workflow challenges.
Create product assets, technical demonstrations, and reusable templates for internal and customer use.
Develop marketing materials and customer use cases that showcase the operational, clinical, and productivity benefits of TPS and QA solutions.
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Clinical Applications, and Engineering teams to create compelling content for product launches, customer presentations, webinars, and training.
Analyze customer workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Document scripting solutions, best practices, and technical guidance for internal teams and customers.
