Role Description: Product Marketing Manager


Role Purpose:


As a Product Marketing Manager at Wasabi Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Wasabi Account Control Manager and related tools within the MSP market. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the adoption and success of our MSP-focused products. This role requires a keen understanding of the MSP landscape, cloud storage technology, and exceptional marketing communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: 
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand the MSP industry, trends, and competitive landscape. 
  • Identify key customer segments and their pain points within the MSP market. 
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to WACM and MSP tools. 
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: 
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to the needs of MSPs/large multi-tenant enterprises. 
  • Create a differentiated value proposition for Wasabi Account Control Manager and associated tools in the MSP ecosystem. 
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market strategies and tactics. 
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, including product launches, campaigns, and events targeting MSPs. 
  • Content Creation: 
  • Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and sales enablement materials. 
  • Create engaging content to educate and attract MSPs to Wasabi's MSP-specific offerings. 
  • Customer Engagement: 
  • Build and nurture relationships with key MSP customers to gather feedback and insights. 
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to influence product development and improvement. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis on Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology industry, with a focus on MSPs. 
  • Strong understanding of the MSP ecosystem and cloud storage technology. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Must understand and explain how APIs are leveraged in a cloud services environment.
  • Programming experience a plus.
