The Market Intelligence team is responsible for delivering clear, defensible, and forward-looking market perspectives to executive leadership, the board of directors, and investor relations teams. We operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and executive decision-making. As AI reshapes industries and business models, we want to ensure that leadership has a precise understanding of market size, segment dynamics, competitive entrenchment, and structural shifts.
About the RoleWe are hiring a Program / Product Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the organization. This individual will partner directly with the Director of Competitive & Market Intelligence to manage roadmap execution, backlog prioritization, PRD collection, and cross-functional alignment. This role ensures the team operates with clarity, cadence, and executive readiness.
You will own the intelligence roadmap infrastructure and translate strategic decisions into structured execution. This role can be based hybrid in Dublin or remotely in Ireland.
What You’ll Do- Own and manage the team backlog in Monday.com
- Collect, refine and structure PRDs from Product, Marketing, and Executive stakeholders
- Convert ambiguous requests into clearly scoped workstreams
- Track delivery timelines across pods (CI, MI, Scale, Win/Loss)
- Drive weekly roadmap reviews and execution reporting
- Create structured project plans for major initiatives
- Ensure outputs meet executive-ready standards before escalation
- Build lightweight operating rhythms (cadence reviews, KPI tracking, delivery SLA)
- 5+ years in program or project management, operations or product ops roles
- Exceptional organizational discipline
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience managing task systems (Monday.com, Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to chase down ambiguity and turn it into clarity
- Comfort working with technical teams and breaking down requirements
- Experience in high-growth tech environments
- Experience supporting senior leadership directly
- Strong bias toward systems, processes, and documentation
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- High ownership mentality.
