That’s why, together with Pavlo Orlenko, Head of Product Marketing at Headway by Headway Inc, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to apply their growth leadership and drive measurable improvements in CR and LTV on a product with a multi-million user base.

The product and team you will be working with:

Headway is our flagship app, offering summaries of nonfiction bestsellers, daily insights, and gamified challenges. Headway is the world’s most downloaded book summary app and has been featured as App of the Day in over 30 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.

You’ll join a cross-functional Product Marketing team that lives at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics — creating sustainable growth through a structured flow of A/B testing.

The challenge you’ll take on:

Your main challenge in this role is to implement a full-funnel growth strategy and attract new audiences. You'll be responsible for building complex onboarding and paywall concepts, personalizing offers, and implementing hybrid monetization for different user segments — all to directly impact revenue through key proxy metrics like CR and LTV.

  • Are ready to own app marketing and directly impact business growth.
  • Want to work in a fast-paced environment, where ideas from a brainstorm move quickly into A/B test validation and execution within the same sprint.
  • Focus on goals and execution, supported by a strong team: UX researcher, product analyst, and market intelligence specialists dedicated to growth and data.
  • Think in experiments. We follow a Double Diamond A/B testing flow with structured solution-building, hypothesis validation, and broad ideation.
  • Want to grow inside a product ecosystem, where experienced PMs and cross-team collaboration speed up learning and impact.
What will you do:
  • Work on the main value delivery funnel, hybrid monetization, activation, and AI/ML monetization.
  • Set the team direction — we don’t hand down ready-made plans, so you’ll shape your own vision and lead the team toward shared goals.
  • Work with hypotheses as part of a product-driven team deeply involved in the full process.
  • Build the roadmap and define the A/B testing timeline.
  • Focus on meaningful, high-impact changes — not one-screen optimizations.
What do you need to join us:
  • 2–3+ years as a Product Marketing Manager or Growth Manager.
  • Experience in app monetization and successful implementation of various monetization mechanics with measurable impact on revenue through improvements in both CR and LTV.
  • No fear of executing without full confidence — but the ability to build that confidence by digging into all available data for proper prioritization and hypothesis validation.
  • Hands-on experience in close, day-to-day collaboration with UX specialists, analysts, and engineers.
  • Deep understanding of funnels and hybrid monetization.
  • Understanding of how analytics, marketing, and product come together to drive growth.

Working schedule
