Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Manage both outbound and inbound marketing activities for assigned solutions.
- Conduct market and customer research, track key marketing metrics, and develop tailored marketing plans for each solution.
- Implement marketing activities in line with the approved annual plan.
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing go-to-market and growth strategies.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to monitor and optimize campaign performance, marketing channels, and automation tools to support revenue targets.
- Manage, guide, and support team members in daily marketing activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a team leadership role.
- Hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and SEO projects.
- Familiarity with tools such as Ladipage, Ahrefs, SEO tools, and other relevant marketing platforms.
- B2B marketing experience is required; experience in ERP, MRP, accounting software, or software companies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance optimization.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
