- Experiment and test — Try out new formats, channels, and tactics for sharing customer success, such as videos, social snippets, live sessions and sales presentation materials.
- Build and manage a pipeline — Keep a healthy flow of customer stories and advocates, finding creative ways to source and nurture them.
- Activate customer voices — Get customers involved in webinars, events, panels, and community moments.
- Be a customer advocate – Connect directly with customers to deeply understand their use cases, needs, and ambitions and partner across the business to ensure the customer voice is heard and represented
- Inspire customer engagement – Collaborate across the business to create standout programs and moments that connect customers with Hex and each other, fueling deeper value, loyalty, and community.
- Measure and learn — Track what’s working, share insights, and tweak your approach to keep things fresh.
- You have 3–6 years experience in customer marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, sales engineering, or another role where you told stories, built relationships, or shaped go-to-market.
- You’re scrappy and resourceful — you don’t wait for a playbook, you test and learn to make things happen and you're not afraid to try something new.
- You’re creative — you love finding new angles and formats that engage people and make programs and stories stand out.
- You know how to work cross-functionally — you’ve worked with sales, product, and marketing teams before.
- You’re a strong communicator and a natural relationship builder — you love talking to people and getting them excited about what you're building.
- You’re at your best in a fast-moving environment where you can build programs from scratch and try things that haven’t been done before.
