Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to maintain efficient hiring processes and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. Identify scheduling conflicts and process bottlenecks, improve recruiting workflows and templates, and support onboarding, recruiting events, and related employee-experience projects.
