Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an [Product Manager] located in [Shanghai 上海嘉定].
The Product Manager of Power Module R&D Shanghai will be responsible for driving assigned product family from idea, development, release until product end of life in terms of define product requirement, cost/price target, product continuous improvement, product life cycle management.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- Participate in/drive the Product Committee/sustainability team with representatives from R&D, Design Support & Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, Production and Quality to secure the profitability and competitive of assigned product families through whole product life cycle stage
- Introduce new products according to approved New product requests/road map
- Prepare business cases and requirement specifications for new products
- Initiate price strategy and provide recommend market price for the Power Module product price list
- Secure availability of excellent and complete product information and marketing material (data sheet, application notes, presentations, sales arguments etc.)
- Product Change management, issue of PCR/PCN (Continuous product improvement)
- Product End of life management, issue of PDN (Product discontinuation plan)
- Create/maintain technical documentation and sales support material (Data sheet, Product presentation, Product launch plan)
- Participate in various decision fora, work groups and teams

- Bachelor’s degree or above, experience from the electronic industry is meritorious.
- Proven project management or product marketing skills with minimum 3 years’ experience in profession of product management or product marketing management
- Fluent English, both in verbally and written
