What is the role?

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the product suite that powers how our customers run and scale their businesses — from B2B and enterprise tooling to reporting, admin management, and beyond. You'll report to our Group Product Manager of Learning and collaborate deeply with experts across design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and product strategy/finance. You'll own the full product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery to iteration — as we continue scaling our B2B functionality.

What You'll Do

  • Help shape the vision for our company-wide B2B product strategy.
  • Define and document product requirements via clear product briefs.
  • Partner with Design via user research and design reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to create product execution roadmaps and lead scrum ceremonies.
  • Support engineers throughout the build process by answering questions, conducting QA, and managing feature rollouts.
  • Co-create go-to-market plans with Product Marketing, CS and Sales and drive end-to-end project management of GTM execution and results.
  • Build and monitor dashboards with our Data team to track product performance and surface actionable insights for the team and leadership.
  • Support customer-facing interactions, including responding to support emails, writing Help Center articles, triaging bugs, and answering product-related questions from the broader team.

About You

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in B2B and/or commerce-related domains.
  • Proven experience building products from 0 to 1, comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments and turning broad goals into actionable plans.
  • Experience building products for global markets.
  • Track record of owning and shipping cross-functional initiatives that drove measurable business impact.
  • Experience partnering closely with design, engineering, analytics, sales, customer success, and marketing to deliver results.
  • Passion for and experience with automating internal processes and customer-facing experiences using AI.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience as a founder or entrepreneur.
  • Background in education technology.
  • Experience with pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
