Teachable Offices

Lead Teachable’s brand and content function, including brand identity, narrative, creative output, content strategy, events, PR, and earned media. Manage internal leads and creative talent, external agencies, campaigns, and cross-functional partnerships. Set strategic and creative direction, oversee events and communications, establish performance metrics, and align brand initiatives with business goals. The role also requires mentoring leaders and maintaining a consistent brand experience across channels and audiences.

Own creator and business partnerships from prospecting through deal closure, onboarding, retention, and renewal. Source and prioritize a high-value pipeline, negotiate commercial terms, run co-marketing initiatives, represent Teachable at events, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth. Track partnership performance and convert relationships into measurable acquisition and revenue.

Build and support scalable production web applications while improving engineering workflows, deployment processes, code reviews, and CI/CD practices. The role includes mentoring engineers, creating technical documentation and training, troubleshooting legacy and new codebases, evaluating tools, and collaborating with Brazil- and US-based teams. DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, Golang, and Ruby experience are advantageous.
