Product Manager

Are you ready to lead product lifecycle and development initiatives for Spectrum services and applications? As a Product Manager at Spectrum, you will play a pivotal role in driving the lifecycle and development of innovative products for Spectrum. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, operations, and sales teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and launch enhancements that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable business impact. This position is ideal for a mid-level professional with 3+ years of hands-on product management experience in telecommunications, software, or online services, where you can leverage your expertise to contribute to Spectrum's mission of providing superior connectivity solutions to residential and business customers.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Bring expert knowledge of industry best practices in product development and translates appropriate steps for unique organization and market position.
• Diagnose highly complex issues and evaluates, recommends, and executes the best resolution.
• Influence Spectrum's product set and advocates for excellence in all areas.
• Evaluate proposed features and enhancements from the perspective of the digital user experience and makes decisions in the best interest of the consumer.
• Manage details of the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
• Partner with key stakeholders in product, marketing and customer operations to implement strategy.
• Define product goals and builds the experiments to rapidly evaluate their success

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications

• Education
  
  • BA/BS technical degree related to the telecommunications field or operational/process optimization
• Experience
  
  • 3+ years of experience in product development/management
  • 3+ years of experience with cable/telecommunications/software/online services
• Skills
  
  • Extensive understanding of software source control tools such as GitLab.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint Effective organizational and office management skills
  • Effective cognitive, communication, and analytical skills
  • Effective business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to learn from a new environment, foster change, and make an impact quickly
  • Collaborate with large, cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
  • Listen to diverse perspectives and synthesize recommendations aligned with goal
  • Plan, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively and independently
  • Handle multiple projects and tasks, making decisions and solving problems under pressure

  • Analyze data to interpret and synthesize actionable recommendations

The base pay for this position generally is between
$75,130.00 and $120,010.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
