About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Wiping & Cleaning, Tabletop categories, bringing real-world hygiene solutions to life. This strategic role blends innovation, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and profitability across essential product lines.

You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, sales, supply chain, and global innovation to deliver customer-focused solutions that make a tangible impact. What You Will Do:
  • Lead product innovation and lifecycle management, including new launches, upgrades, and cost-out initiatives

  • Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to refine product positioning and messaging

  • Collaborate with global innovation and local manufacturing teams to assess market potential and improve product quality

  • Manage demand forecasting, product quality, and assortment strategies

  • Ensure accurate product presentation across digital platforms and distributor channels

  • Engage and train sales teams to build confidence in our offering and drive field activation

  • Support category strategy development and go-to-market planning

  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure ROI on marketing spend

  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and product experiences

Who You Are:

You bring at least 2+ years' experience in portfolio management, category planning, and product launches with physical products. You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for product management and customer insight. You bring:

  • Proven experience managing product portfolios and category plans

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, including P&L interpretation

  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams

  • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • A degree in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

Experience in B2B marketing or sales, familiarity with digital marketing and social media, exposure to SAP BI tools, and “train the trainer” experience will be highly regarded.
