Cleo is looking for a data-driven, customer-focused individual to help us achieve this goal. You will be a member of the Cleo Product Management team and will work side by side with our team to guide our product strategy and direction.
Your natural curiosity will drive you to learn about our customers' complex technical problems and you'll use your abilities to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and collaborate to find the optimal solutions.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Driving roadmap based on extensive discovery and validation of customer needs, market trends and Cleo strategy
- Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, leadership team to define business case for new product initiatives
- Defining, building and testing user stories, acceptance criteria and epics by working "three in a box" with Engineering and User Experience
- Being responsible for internal sales, services and support training and enablement on Cleo products
- Analyzing and recommending product enhancements based on product adoption and customer journey
- Iterating quickly to launch new features and making data driven decisions to test their efficacy
- Communicating effectively to articulate the product's current state and investment areas to influence stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B or 6+ years of industry experience
- Deep experience in Cloud and iPaaS is required
- Exposure to supply chain business processes (Order To Cash, Procure To Pay, etc.) is a bonus
- Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills
- Strong excel and pivoting skills
- Managing a team is a plus
- Strong written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, patience, and energy
- A passion for usability, user empathy and a knack for simplicity
- Hands-on, willing to do whatever it takes to get quality products and features to market on time
- BE/BS in Computer Science or related field
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Maintain and manage product management tools
