The Solutions Architect leads technical pre-sales for supply chain integration solutions. Responsibilities include customer discovery, end-to-end architecture design across ERP, WMS, TMS, and trading partner systems, product demonstrations, POCs, RFI/RFP responses, ROI articulation, and AI capability consulting. The role partners with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Professional Services while creating reusable demonstrations and solution assets.

Manage multiple customer-facing technology implementation projects from kickoff through closure. Own delivery outcomes while coordinating customers, implementation engineers, executives, and cross-functional teams. Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, forecasting, and resource management. Lead planning sessions and delivery meetings, communicate project status, and help improve PMO best practices. The role focuses on cloud-based, integration-oriented solutions, with EDI, MFT, data movement, or file transfer experience preferred.

Lead product strategy and execution: discover customer needs, define requirements and prototypes, prioritize roadmaps, work with engineering to deliver features, drive launches and go-to-market, and evangelize products while soliciting customer feedback to improve experience and growth.

The Sales Development Representative will identify and prospect new accounts, generate sales opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, while achieving monthly targets.

Lead a night-shift EDI/B2B cloud support team for Cleo Integration Cloud, manage ticketing and escalations, ensure SLA adherence, provide technical SME support for EDI mapping and protocols (AS2, SFTP), drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, and deliver training to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

Lead implementations of Cleo cloud integration solutions: design architectures, build EDI maps and business processes, configure AS2/SFTP/HTTP integrations, perform testing and performance tuning, and transition projects to support.

The Senior UX Designer will create AI-driven user experiences for complex supply chain applications, conducting user research, collaborating across teams, and designing intuitive workflows.
