Job Description

The team is a dynamic team of Software Developers and Business Analysts spread across development centers in Zurich, Manila, Pune, Luxembourg, Edinburgh and Berlin. We follow an agile process, working closely within the team, but also with other related teams and clients to develop new product features and maintain existing ones in live use.

In addition, the team works with clients and partners to develop and deliver innovative solutions to meet market demands and help shape the back-office landscape of tomorrow.

We are seeking a talented and visionary Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin, Germany. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and driving innovation within our organization.

  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and marketing to ensure successful product development and delivery
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Present product strategies, roadmaps and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Trello
  • Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Proven experience in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex product challenges
  • In-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in relevant industries
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English; other European languages (preferably German) are a plus
