The role emphasizes secure, compliant, reliable document generation across digital and physical channels, including multilingual content, automated testing, integrations, and continuous improvement.

Leads complex, cross-functional software and product delivery projects from inception through completion. The role supports customers throughout SDLC phases and go-live activities, with occasional weekend or shift work based on release priorities.

Designs and operates a multi-tenant AWS platform, including infrastructure-as-code, landing zones, security guardrails, observability, FinOps, identity federation, and serverless architecture. The role supports Amazon Bedrock access controls, CI/CD, on-call operations, and platform governance while mentoring colleagues and enabling product teams. It requires close collaboration with the Zurich team and regular travel to Switzerland.

Leads Avaloq’s European Key Account Management team, driving retention, revenue growth, renewals, upselling, pricing, contract governance, forecasting, and client satisfaction. Partners with Sales, Finance, Controlling, Operations, Delivery, and Strategy teams to ensure effective deal structures, billing, governance, and account administration. Develops high-performing teams and strengthens strategic relationships with banking and wealth management clients across the region.

Designs client integration architectures for Avaloq’s SaaS banking platform, leads technical discovery and proof-of-concept implementations, supports enterprise implementation teams, and creates reference architectures, sample code, documentation, and integration accelerators. The role translates wealth management domain models into technical solutions, advises clients on APIs and MCP, collaborates with Product and Engineering on roadmap priorities, and maintains expertise in banking platforms and platform capabilities.

Build and evolve reliability practices for a serverless AWS banking platform. Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; design observability; establish incident response and on-call processes; automate detection and remediation; improve GitHub Actions CI/CD; support resilient architecture, progressive delivery, disaster recovery, operational readiness, compliance, and team mentoring.

Design and maintain automated UI, API, integration, performance, reliability, and security testing frameworks for a cloud-native banking SaaS platform. Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, implement BDD practices, test distributed systems and data pipelines, define test data and environment strategies, partner with engineering and product teams, and mentor colleagues on quality engineering and automation best practices.

Support and engineer physical and virtual Windows and macOS endpoints, including provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting, security, patching, compliance, and lifecycle management.
