AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. Our platform helps MedTech companies get these products to physicians more effectively so they can improve patient care with the latest technology. We're backed by Benchmark, Redpoint, and Ajax Health and we help MedTech companies identify how their products are used, understand why outcomes vary, and identify opportunities where physicians can better serve their patients.

In this role, you will build and refine AcuityMD’s customer-facing platform, internal tools and services to drive business outcomes for our customers and for AcuityMD. You will build empathy for our users, and solve complex problems by shipping new workflows and data products. You will report to the Head of Product, and work cross-functionally with technical and customer-facing teams.

Team Mission

We are building a world-class product team to build software features as meticulously crafted and data driven as the highly specialized MedTech products that save lives each day. Our team is the critical link between what our engineers build and what our customers need. We are looking for product leaders to develop deep empathy for our users, apply data to prioritize user needs, and bring new features to life by aligning and coordinating across technical and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap to solve AcuityMD customer problems: understand and empathize with users and data to develop, prioritize and sequence new workflows, tools and services
• Prototype and test new solutions with Engineering, Design and small, nimble cross-functional teams
• Own key metrics to measure and improve product and business outcomes
• Collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of features and solutions

Your Profile

• You have >2 years of managing and shipping great software products or working in a management consulting context, and a successful track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
• You build empathy for customer problems and seek to understand, question, and improve the user experiences
• You seek hard problems to solve and are comfortable with ambiguity
• You pay strong attention to detail
• You communicate clearly and concisely, and tell stories using data
• You drive cross-functional teams to prioritization and tradeoff decisions
• You have a bias towards action

Nice to Haves

• Product management experience in a high-growth SaaS context
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with software to analyze user behavior
• Experience building mocks and prototypes in Figma
• You constantly think, “How might we further simplify our software solution for customers?”

You must have an eligible work permit in the USA or Canada to be considered for this position
