Build AI agents and data acquisition systems, evaluate dataset quality, define quality KPIs, and improve data processes. Partner with product teams to deploy data into customer-facing products and acquire datasets from third parties, including coordinating vendors and contracts. The role requires organizing multiple projects, structuring analyses, communicating tradeoffs, and using data to support investment decisions and customer outcomes.

Build and lead the sales enablement function by designing onboarding, training, certification, and product education programs. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and commercial leadership to address performance gaps, improve ramp time, increase quota attainment, and support retention. Own enablement technology, including LMS and HubSpot-related training, measure program outcomes, evolve the sales motion, and guide the growing enablement team.

Build and lead end-to-end web and mobile product features for a MedTech sales platform. Collaborate with customers, product managers, designers, and engineers; use data to improve performance and identify product opportunities; introduce scalable technologies; mentor engineers; and develop AI-enabled experiences using agentic tools. The role requires full-stack proficiency across modern JavaScript and Python technologies, relational databases, GraphQL, and cloud services.
