We’re looking for a Product Manager to join us in building integral financial technology to bring greater focus, clarity, and automation to Global Finance Organization at Pattern. As a product manager, you will work closely with our Finance and Operations teams, UX Designers, and Developers to build new capabilities that further Pattern’s vision in both existing and new services for efficient and automated reporting, financial planning and analysis, deal evaluation, and global pricing/promotion management. You will oversee various Financial Technology initiatives to provide our business teams with rapid and valuable insights that will allow sound decisions to ensure our success continues into the future.
This position is global in scope and may require the candidate to support global stakeholder scheduling needs on US time zones (estimated 25-40% of time).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead 0-1 Financial Technology Product Development partnering with local and global finance team leadership
- Maintain product roadmap continuously prioritize projects based on company goals, team KPIs, and executive stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate closely with other PMs for cross-functional deliveries and dependencies
- Manage end-to-end delivery success (ideation, development, and launch)
- Discover, define, and measuring opportunities and impact
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, UX design, and tech teams to define and deliver solutions at the intersection of our people, process, and technology
- Clearly capture software requirements; work closely with UX design and tech teams to understand design, front-end, and back-end architecture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Finance, Software Development, Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of Product Management or Finance-related Project experience
- Skillful in data analysis tools including SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Excel
- Fundamental understanding of core Financial concepts related but not limited to Profit and Loss (P&L) Statements, Contribution and Net Margin Analysis, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow
- Exceptional communication skills, especially the ability to get other people excited about your ideas
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with 3rd Party Account and Finance tools such as Netsuite and Workday Adaptive Planning desired
