Position overview
At Everstream, we are passionate about helping our customers succeed through the use of our products. We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven professional to manage one of our product areas. As a Product Manager, you will drive product innovation through customer discovery, prioritization and delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our products and contribute to our mission of transforming the supply chain risk analytics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product discovery and proactively engage with customers to uncover insights into their needs and develop a deep understanding of their workflows
- Create and maintain a deep understanding of our target market, customer personas, and user behavior to inform product decisions
- Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives
- Establish and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
- Drive the product development process with clear product requirements and rapid iterations
- Build strong partnerships and collaboration with key product functions to discover, test, and release each feature
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch
- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success
- Coordinate of product development projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate product strategy, initiatives and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Skills and qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with experience in building B2B SaaS products for enterprises
- Pragmatic approach and bias to action: you prefer to improve iteratively rather than working on long-term bets
- Demonstrated capability and hands-on experience in developing products with an interest in data science
- Strong product management skills, including product strategy, prioritization and customer discovery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and across product lines, building alignment on strategy and execution
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Transportation industries a plus
- A strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, and knowledge of best practices and common pitfalls in enterprise adoption a plus
