PRODUCT MANAGER
As the Product Manager on our RPS AR and Denials Team, you will drive the development and enhancement of a web-based application aimed at streamlining AR follow-up and denials resolution for our users. You'll work closely with business leaders, end users, engineers, and designers to gather product requirements, communicate the product's vision, set business priorities, and manage feature requests, issue resolution, and release schedules. Success in this role will require extensive product strategy experience, a passion for solving complex challenges, strong negotiation abilities, a high sense of ownership, and a deep dedication to the role of product management, particularly within the healthcare revenue cycle domain.
What You’ll Do:
- Use data to identify opportunities, build business cases, and prioritize projects with cost-benefit analyses.
- Make trade-off decisions between scope and schedule while focusing on outcomes and tracking results.
- Communicate requirements, product vision, priorities, feature requests, bugs, and timelines with business managers, end users, and engineering.
- Meet P&L commitments and project delivery timelines.
- Manage release scope and communication for product adoption.
- Drive new feature development by interpreting business needs and creating user stories in an agile environment.
- Manage scrum teams and ensure a steady pipeline of high-value work for each sprint.
- Guide the release of new features and integrate/migrate current operations.
- Ensure product quality through thorough user acceptance testing.
- Identify blockers quickly, develop mitigation strategies, or escalate to leadership.

Must haves:
- Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience
- Experience in Healthcare, specifically in Healthcare Revenue Cycle and/or Revenue Integrity Applications
- Mastery of Agile fundamentals with proven execution in an Agile environment
- Exposure to high-level technology paradigms (e.g., data flows, APIs, services)
- Experience interfacing with technology leaders and engineers
Nice to haves:
- Master’s degree (MBA, MHA)
- 2+ years of SQL experience
- Experience shipping new products and improving existing ones
- Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,500.00 - $104,629.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
