We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to define product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and deliver innovative web and mobile solutions that address real customer challenges. As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, and Customer Success teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions. You will leverage market research, customer feedback, analytics, and industry insights to build products that enhance user experience, accelerate business growth, and deliver measurable value.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product vision into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings.
  • Analyze user behavior and product performance using analytics tools to improve usability and customer engagement.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes to communicate product concepts and user experience improvements.
  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and build long-term relationships.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through development, launch, and continuous enhancement.
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), release notes, and knowledge base content.
  • Coordinate effectively with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices to continuously evolve the product portfolio.

  • 3+ years of experience managing web and mobile products, with a background in technical product management, engineering, or related domains.
  • Experience building or managing enterprise SaaS products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product planning, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using product analytics platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ability to simplify complex business problems into intuitive product experiences and practical technical solutions.
  • Experience creating product requirements, wireframes, user flows, and functional specifications.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for building scalable, user-centric products that solve real business challenges.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, transportation, or similar industries is an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced product environment.
