As a Product Manager in Consumer and community banking - Data and analytics, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

 
Job responsibilities
 
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Quality & Contracts Platform.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance functions.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, data governance and data products teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Drive change in a complex and heavily collaborative environment and adopt and pivot to evolving business needs by learning quickly on-the-job

  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
 
 
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management  and data management, data quality, or contract management platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade products or platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with ability to influence and drive change in a matrixed organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirement


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries.
  • Hands-on experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Talend) and contract management solutions.

About the Team
Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. We’re proud to lead the U.S. in credit card sales and deposit growth and have the most-used digital solutions – all while ranking first in customer satisfaction.

The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.

Skills Required
