About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to support the strategic direction, development, and performance of our platform in the international market, ensuring it meets market needs and drives business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, product management, and leadership. They will report directly to the Managing Director, head of the department. 


Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for the international platform, aligning it with company goals. 
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. 
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development. 
  • Foster innovation and stay ahead of technological advancements in the fintech industry. 
  • Manage product roadmaps, prioritization, and resource allocation. 
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. 
  • Prepare and present product updates and performance metrics to the executive team. 
  • Mentor and develop product management talent within the organization. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
  • Proven experience in fintech product management at a senior level. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, trends, and technologies. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in product management tools and software. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office three days, with the flexibility to work remotely two days. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
