As Principal Product Manager for Talent, you will lead the product strategy for a critical part of our people ecosystem. Your scope spans the digital products, workflows and experiences that support how we attract, hire and develop talent. You will work across strategy and execution, shaping priorities, influencing senior stakeholders and driving product decisions that deliver measurable value.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and redesign existing talent journeys using AI to improve experience, speed and effectiveness.

  • Turn strategy into execution by shaping priorities, making trade-offs and guiding delivery across the product roadmap.

  • Work closely with colleagues, managers and People teams to translate business priorities and user needs into product opportunities that deliver measurable value.

  • Balance business demand, user needs, technical constraints and strategic goals to make clear prioritisation decisions in a complex environment.

  • Influence senior stakeholders across People, Product and Technology, using clear communication and strong judgement to align priorities and decisions without direct authority.

  • Raise the quality of product thinking across the domain by modelling strong product practice, bringing structure to ambiguity and helping others work in a more outcome-led way.

  • Use research and data to shape decisions and define success measures for your product area.

  • Build strong working relationships across engineering, design and business teams, resolving issues and maintaining momentum across delivery.

  • Stay current on market trends, vendor capability and emerging technology to inform product direction and investment choices.

Play your part in our team succeeding
You will lead through influence across the talent product space, working closely with engineering, design and our People, Places and Culture colleagues to scalable, high-value solutions. • Previous experience moving products beyond incremental improvement to reimagine end-to-end journeys, using technology, automation and AI where appropriate to improve speed, quality and user experience.

  • Deep knowledge of the HR technology vendor landscape, in particular Workday and other related people technology platforms.

  • Proven ability to lead in ambiguity, creating clarity, direction and momentum in complex organisational settings.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear decisions, priorities and narratives for different audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment around product decisions without direct authority.

  • Command of modern product management practices and systems, and experience working effectively in product-led delivery environments.
