Your role
As Product Manager (Module Manager) Supply Chain NPI/LCM you drive early involvement of Supply in our innovation process that we execute jointly with the Technology (R&D) department. You are part of a multidisciplinary Module team where Commerce, Technology, Engineering, Service and other departments are represented. Together you manage the product portfolio and bring in Supply Chain requirements and improvements for the existing portfolio and future innovations.
Within each module, multiple NPIs and PLM improvement project are running. You will be responsible for the execution of these projects together with the project leaders in our team. During the projects you will lead a multidisciplinary team, consisting of Quality, Logistics, Sourcing and Costs Engineering, and align with the development and maintain organization (R&D). You ensure supply is represented in key decisions on core / non-core and make-buy, and safeguard that the equipment is setup in our supply chain in line with reliability, flexibility and competitiveness requirements.
The Global Supply Chain Development department has grown rapidly in the past couple of years. Your tasks and responsibilities
As a Module Manager Supply Chain NPI/LCM you will be responsible for representing Supply Chain in the Module team and executing projects during the complete lifecycle of a product. This results in different tasks and responsibilities:
- Supply Chain representative in the Module Team
- Challenge R&D on design
- Making sure the running projects in your Module are executed on Supply Side
- Lead the multidisciplinary Supply Chain team during the execution of NPIs and PLM projects: from project scope in the R&D program and Supply Chain planning, to planning and status updates, meanwhile signaling discrepancies in the R&D planning and providing a solution or escalation.
- Ensure choice of best quality and lowest cost Production Technology, Suppliers and Components to be in line with relevant Sourcing strategy
- Lead projects during modifications and relocations
- Lead projects during phase outs
- Define and execute improvements in the process and tooling within the Development and QLTC Team
Your profile
To be successful in this position, we ask that you bring:
- A Bachelor or Master Degree in a technical field of study (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management)
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Preferably experience in Project Management
- International work experience would be nice

Your department
The Global Supply Chain organization in Vanderlande is responsible to supply all the goods and services we need to execute our 270+ concurrent projects. For this, we work closely together with our internal stakeholders to meet business demands while leveraging synergies over the more than 1 Bln Euro spend we have with 7000+ suppliers. The GSC Development department is responsible for the Global Network Strategy, SC introduction and -Life Cycle coordination of new VI equipment, pricing of the goods and services delivered by SC and process(improvement) and tooling (development) used by the Global SC organization.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 5.000 - € 6.250 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
