What will you be doing?​  

As a Product Manager in the Global Solutions team, you will focus on delivering digital solutions, and products that meet customer needs and business requirements to further develop our performance-based service offerings. 

You will work closely with digital, operational, and sales teams to enhance our capability in offering performance-based service contracts. You'll be responsible for leading and developing this service product, which consists of both other service products and operational capabilities. 

Your day-to-day activities will include:  

  • Collaborating with colleagues from our Technology department to unlock digital performance insights. 

  • Analyzing customer feedback and working with operational and sales teams to ensure your product can be sold and operationally maintained. 

  • Balancing customer value with operational capabilities. 

  • Delivering products and solutions within constraints such as long planning horizons, numerous stakeholders, and complex operational solutions, while approaching large projects in an agile way by breaking them into smaller, manageable chunks. 

 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Own the product development lifecycle for assigned features or product areas. 

  • Define and maintain product backlog with clear requirements and acceptance criteria. 

  • Collaborate with technology, sales and operational teams to deliver high-quality service solutions. 

  • Define business cases for new product and features to be developed and create a clear business case for budget requests for short/long term. 

  • Develop your product strategy and manage its roadmap. 

  • Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product decisions. 

  • Drive experimentation on all aspects of the product from ideation through launch and operations. 

  • Manage the product development process from ideation through launch. 

  • Run product operations from launch through feedback loops and support. 

  • Track and report on key product metrics and future performance. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or related experience, including solutions end-to-end 

  • A Bachelor or master’s degree in business, technology, or related field 

  • A passion for data analysis, data-informed product innovation, building and shaping data culture 

  • Experience with agile development methodologies 

  • A proven track record of bridging business needs and technically oriented data science colleagues. 

  • Ability to see the bigger picture while keeping track of details 

  • Excellent influencing skills and non-hierarchical leadership skills within cross-functional teams 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong knowledge on logistical (service) operations 

What we offer?

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 6.000 - € 8.200 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
