As we are speeding up innovation and providing an exciting LEGO Experience, we are moving to digital-first for everything we do.

Come join our most fantastic Product Management team and help us accelerate our journey, so we can enable partner teams to take advantage of our centralised platforms.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team to make an immediate impact by building and improving technology products and features that will enable our Engineering teams to deliver effective solutions faster, and to improve the security and regulatory compliance of our systems.

Play your part in our team succeeding

Our Identity Initiative is a strategic priority enabling secure, frictionless access across the LEGO Group's digital ecosystem. The team delivers core identity capabilities, from secure authentication and provisioning to advanced governance models including role-based and policy-based access control, serving hundreds of internal teams company-wide.

As Product Manager, you'll own the product roadmap and strategy for identity and access management across authentication, authorization, and access lifecycle. You'll shape capabilities that support identities across colleagues, partners, applications, machines, and emerging AI agents. Working closely with engineering, security, architecture, and compliance teams, you'll drive outcomes that improve both protection and productivity, ensuring the right level of security without creating unnecessary friction. Your success directly impacts how smoothly teams and systems in the LEGO Group work securely and safely.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for identity and access management, balancing stakeholder needs, security, and compliance.

  • Conduct user research with internal stakeholders to understand identity and access needs across human users, machines, and intelligent agents.

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across engineering, security, architecture, compliance, and business units to align on priorities.

  • Define and track adoption and health metrics for IAM capabilities to demonstrate value delivered and identify improvement areas.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams during discovery and implementation to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centered solutions.

  • Drive product strategy across modern authentication (SSO, MFA, passwordless), authorization (RBAC/ABAC/PBAC), and access lifecycle management.

  • Articulate the business value and impact of identity investments to secure executive support and organizational buy-in.

  • Stay current with IAM market trends including identity governance, machine identity, fine-grained authorization, and agentic access patterns.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Strong proven experience in product management, preferably in identity & access management, cybersecurity, or enterprise platforms

  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts such as SSO, MFA, passkeys, federation, lifecycle management, and RBAC/ABAC/PBAC

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across technical, security, and business teams

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and translate complex stakeholder needs into product strategy

  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Analytical and outcome-oriented mindset, using metrics and feedback to guide prioritization and product improvements

  • Understanding that identity solutions must balance security, compliance, usability, and operational efficiency

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
