Overview
Mastercard's Services organization is a key growth engine, delivering differentiated solutions that drive business impact.
The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team develops products that respond to evolving market needs. We are seeking a Regional Manager product lead for the Latin American and Caribbean region to oversee product strategy and P&L for one of our CA&E lines of business: Dynamic Yield.
Role
This role will lead the regional scale and evolution of Dynamic Yield, Mastercard's personalization technology platform. It requires deep knowledge of the martech and personalization landscape, strong market sensitivity, and the ability to translate business needs into product innovation. The position will define and execute go-to-market strategies, ensure local relevance, and collaborate closely with Commercialization teams to embed DY into Mastercard's broader solutions portfolio.
Reporting to the Regional Dynamic Yield Product Management Lead, this individual will be responsible for landing DY's value proposition across the region. The role focuses on driving incremental value to the CA&E portfolio by positioning DY as a personalization platform for Retail & Commerce clients and as a strategic enabler for Financial Institutions and Fintechs. Through integration with Marketing Services and Loyalty products, DY enhances business outcomes, streamlines processes, and unlocks efficiencies across the ecosystem.
All About You/Experience
-Fluent in English; Spanish highly desirable
-Experience in product, commercialization, or marketing with a growth track record
-Experience in financial institutions, fintechs, e-commerce, tech, digital marketing, or retail
-Expertise in personalization technologies (CDPs, A/B testing, recommendation engines, behavioral targeting)
-Strong strategic vision and results orientation
-Ability to develop go-to-market strategies and enablement plans
-Deep understanding of consumer and digital engagement trends
-Skilled in influencing and motivating teams, aligning stakeholders
-Exceptional communication, networking, and storytelling skills
-High analytical capability and data-driven decision-making for lifecycle and personalization
-Creative problem-solving and ability to align diverse teams
-Adaptable and growth-oriented in fast-paced environments
-International and matrixed organization experience
-Degree in Business, Engineering, or Economics; postgraduate in Marketing or Technology desirable
