For our office in Legnano (Milan) and within our BU Health & Medical, we are looking for a Product Manager for the Incontinence B2B division that will play a key role in the organization to support the success and expansion of the Incontinence business in Italy, Spain and Portugal, working closely with Global and Local functions.

She/He will report into Senior Brand Manager for IBIT.

What You Will Do

  • Be responsible for Incontinence products and their lifecycle within the existing go-to-market strategy, managing the product launch process, monitoring performance KPIs, driving market research, and adhering to given timelines according to the strategy plan.

  • Support the tender process by ensuring the right assortment selection, translating and updating technical documentation for tenders and managing relationships with Labs for product testing.

  • Handle text input for packaging and artwork checks.

  • Be responsible for product information on all communication assets.

  • Monitoring the market and developing competitive analysis across Incontinence B2B channels in Italy and Iberia, supporting and updating Marketing Activation Managers and sales force.

  • Monitoring and tracking product complaints.

Who You Are

  • You have achieved a University degree in Business or Technical field (Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, etc.)

  • You have a previous working experience in a product marketing role, health sector as a plus (minimum 2 years)

  • A previous proven experience in tender management will represent a strong plus

  • You have strong competences in Project Management and you feel confident in Negotiations

  • You feel confident in analytics and financials

  • You have fluency in Italian, English, and possibly Spanish
