What you’ll do:

You will join the team of Product Lottery Experience and in particular in the business / management digital projects dedicated to lottery products. reporting directly to Digital Product Experience Manager;

You will have the opportunity to be involved in the process of digital transformation with customer point of view, focusing on the implementation of new online features dedicated to lottery products (i.g. SuperEnalotto), in order to enhance digital customer experience. You will have the opportunity to manage end to end projects (agile and waterfall): from the definition of business requirement to go live, coordinating project team involved. Each project will be also supported by monitoring and analysis of quantitative and qualitative kpi.
Who you are:

You have at least 2 years of experience in structured contexts focused on digital transformation, such as consultancy firms, communication agencies and end customers companies;

You have a degree in Marketing or similar;

You have excellent knowledge of customer journey and digital technicalities, knowledge of CMS, CSS, Adobe, Firebase is a plus;
-
You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
-
You are proactive, flexible, innovative, curious, determined, problem solver and goal oriented;
-
You know work in a team, lead projects, monitoring performance.
Preferrably, you also have:

Previous experience in customer experience, complex omnichannel projects;

Basic knowledge of agile framework, how to write business requirement, customer journey, digital analytics kpi.
