About the Role

The Product Manager will own a product feature and lead product execution. He/she will own the development plan and represent their feature within the product team and will have an internal network across product domains. The individual will have a solid understanding of the customer and target market. He/she will represent the needs of the customer to the delivery team and will support and participate in the demo to key stakeholders at milestones.
This role will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA and require onsite interviewing.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: Represents requirements accurately, uses customer insight frameworks, meets commitments, and stays informed about market and competitor activity.

  • Data‑Driven Decision‑Making & Analysis: Independently analyzes data, interprets dashboards, evaluates options, and recommends actions with business impact in mind.

  • Go‑to‑Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Executes GTM plans, partners with sales, supports training, contributes to collateral, resolves customer issues, and independently engages with customers.

  • Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Leads roadmap execution for a feature area, drives customer‑experience improvements, coordinates development activities, defines/prioritizes requirements, and supports process improvements.

  • Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Contributes to product strategy, connects personal goals to business goals, and understands how the role drives product and business success.

  • Practices Self‑Development: Seeks learning opportunities, applies feedback, grows skills, and invests in professional development.

Requirements

  • Suggested Minimum Years of Product Management Experience: 5 +

  • Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.

  • Candidate must demonstrate technical and analytical capability, including comfort working with data, handling practical analytics, and engaging with code (e.g., Python, SQL) at a functional level.

  • Candidate with Insurance product knowledge is strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with others to modify or maintain a product and identify technology challenges.

  • Demonstrated readiness to engage in customer engagements.

  • Demonstrated readiness to engage in work under minimal supervision.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
