  • Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and data standards.

  • Provide guidance and direction to analysts on task execution and priorities.

  • Support system enhancements and improvements through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Resolve moderately complex data and process issues, partnering with COE SMEs on escalations and complex scenarios.

  • Analyze process, data, and speed issues and provide continuous improvement recommendations.

About You

You perform at the highest level possible and appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring. You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.

In this Supply Chain role, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with SAP-based systems and large-scale data environments.

  • Experience supporting product lifecycle data, material master data, specifications, recipes, BOMs, or related data objects.

  • Experience supporting testing, training, or system implementations.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Experience with Continuous Improvement or Lean methodologies.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

  • Advanced SAP user experience across S/4HANA, ECC/R3, or PLM.

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Winshuttle, Macros, or SAP scripting.
