Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.
Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.
In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.

This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.
We’re hiring a Product Lead, Care Delivery to lead the evolution of care delivery across Nourish’s growing clinical network. Reporting to our Director of Product, you’ll own the end-to-end roadmap for the AI-powered workflows, care programs, and quality systems that drive patient outcomes and retention.
This role is at the center of Nourish’s evolution towards AI-native care delivery. You’ll turn our clinical standards and data from millions of appointments into focused, patient-specific guidance for Registered Dietitians: real-time support and AI-native charting in session, plus measurement and personalized coaching out of session. Provider judgment remains critical and sits at the center of every experience.
While Registered Dietitians will be your primary users, Nourish is building a multi-provider care model that brings together dietitians, physicians, and AI agents. You will help define the shared care programs, longitudinal patient journeys, and coordination workflows that keep every member of the care team aligned.
Your job is to build a self-improving quality loop across that care journey: identify which provider behaviors drive patient impact, help providers take the right actions, measure the results, and use those learnings to improve both the product and our care model.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, clinical strategy, and our executive team to make consistently outstanding, coordinated care easier to deliver at scale.
This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with remote flexibility). Our office is in the heart of Flatiron.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap for Care Delivery, prioritizing initiatives that measurably improve patient outcomes and retention
- Translate Nourish’s care model into AI-native workflows, including real-time clinical guidance, next-generation charting, transcript-powered insights, and personalized coaching
- Design longitudinal care programs, patient journeys, and shared coordination workflows that align dietitians, physicians, therapists, and AI around a unified care plan
- Partner with data and clinical research to build the measurement systems that connect provider behaviors to patient retention and clinical outcomes, accounting for differences across patient populations, conditions, and provider tenure
- Define and track core metrics including patient outcome improvement, outcomes collection, and patient retention; design rigorous experiments to understand product impact
- Own execution from discovery through launch and iteration, working hands-on with engineering and design to ship quickly while maintaining a high bar for clinical quality
- You have 7+ years of work experience
- You have 4+ years of experience as a product manager
- You’ve built complex workflow products. You know how to simplify high-stakes, operationally complex experiences; experience with building AI-powered products is strongly preferred
- You are highly analytical and data-oriented. You can independently pull and analyze data, define metrics, evaluate experiments, and translate insights into strategy
- You deeply understand your users. You know when to trust qualitative feedback over data alone and are energized by spending time with clinicians
- You have excellent product judgment. You can define an ambitious vision, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and know when to take a big swing versus iterate
- You operate like an owner. You take accountability for outcomes, not just feature delivery, and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- You identify with Nourish’s values: Work smarter and harder. Do your own stunts. Ship fast.
*Healthcare, marketplace, or startup experience is a plus, but not required.*
