Nourish Offices

Own full-cycle recruiting for Nourish’s corporate, non-technical, non-sales teams. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, pipeline and candidate management, partnering with business leaders, delivering a strong candidate experience, meeting headcount goals, and improving employer branding and hiring processes. The role requires startup recruiting experience, a data- and process-oriented approach, and NYC-based hybrid availability with at least two office days per week.

Own product analytics and data science for a business-critical product area. Develop production-ready churn, resurrection, and targeting models; define metrics; analyze experiments; apply causal inference; and deliver actionable recommendations with quantified business opportunities. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth teams while contributing to experimentation methodology, standards, and tooling.

Lead and develop a platform engineering team while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, code reviews, and on-call responsibilities. Own infrastructure reliability, scalability, observability, security, compliance, developer experience, and shared LLM/RAG systems. Set technical direction, manage roadmaps and team rituals, recruit engineers, coach performance, and report platform health metrics to leadership.
