Own end-to-end analytics for a business-critical function, including data models, pipelines, dashboards, and strategic insights. Partner with stakeholders and Engineering to establish scalable data foundations, guide experimentation and forecasting, and drive evidence-based decisions. The role also involves documenting analyses, shaping the data roadmap, and promoting a data-first culture across Operations, Engineering, Product, and Design.

Own strategy, business development, and revenue-generating relationships with 5–10 leading health plans. Design and negotiate innovative agreements, including value-based care models, expand access and rates, build executive payer networks, and represent Nourish with VP and C-suite stakeholders. Translate payer insights into product, clinical, growth, and operational strategies while coordinating cross-functionally in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Lead and scale Nourish’s revenue cycle management team, overseeing daily operations, team performance, hiring, training, workflow optimization, collections, patient experience, cross-functional coordination, vendor relationships, new product and contract activations, operational projects, and performance metrics. The role manages RCM Associates and partners with Engineering, Credentialing, Customer Experience, and Clinical Operations in a remote or NYC-based environment.
