The Product Information Specialist is responsible for reviewing and validating all product materials for internal and external consumption. Product materials must reflect Canadian market product plan information, product specifications and correct images. 


Job responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Work with agency partners to provide support on a range of responsibilities, including creative communications, social media, content, search, and go-to-market readiness
  • Content Review: work closely with Stellantis advertising/support agencies to review and validate all vehicle product materials for both internal and external consumption (product materials must reflect Canadian market product plan information, product specifications and correct imagery).  Providing feedback/direction to agencies to ensure consumer-facing materials are correct and that they are conveying the correct messaging
  • Product Information/Educational Materials: Produce dealer/field staff educational pieces highlighting new product actions, and competitive product/price positioning advantages
  • Support New Vehicle Launches: Play key role supporting the market launch of all-new vehicles – prepare detailed product overviews, competitive comparisons, and launch decks in support of media/journalist drives.  Provide auto show support by reviewing/validating all auto show materials (including display pieces/fabric walls), ordering/tracking show vehicles, reviewing/auditing display pricing to ensure accuracy
  • Messaging/Claim Development: Works closely with Canadian Product Planning Managers to clearly communicate vehicle content, pricing, product advantages, and key messaging within the Canadian Market to help stimulate consumer consideration for our products and help drive sales
  • Ad hoc Reporting/Assessments: Use analytical tools (i.e. PIN, Polk, JATO) to provide reporting/assessments, competitive comparisons on an ad hoc basis
  • Work with agency partners to provide support on a range of responsibilities, including creative communications, social media, content, search, and go-to-market readiness

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 per year.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum TWO (2) years of related work experience in marketing or in a field with a related, transferable skill set
  • Proven ability to design product communications that contain key product messages and highlight features or advantages specific to Canadian consumer’s needs
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Stellantis and competitive products
  • Extremely high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience in interpreting product plan details (STV and Vehicle Code Guides) is an asset
Pay Range

$70,000 - $85,000 per year
