Our Product Compliance Business Technology Team is looking for a part-time employee to join their team in the downtown Cincinnati, OH office. The Business Technology Team works in collaboration with the Product Filing Team and Product Management Team to develop technology and workflow solutions. PDC follows a hybrid work schedule, including up to 3 days per week of work from home.

This position has an expectation of working between 20-25 hours per week and is flexible on the schedule.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • Develops and maintains knowledge of business and technology solutions.
  • Implements enhancements to improve reliability, performance, and functionality.
  • Assists in the definition of business technology needs and requirements - assist with testing of enhancements, system changes, etc. for all resources the team maintains or owns.
  • Perform administrative duties within a SharePoint site, i.e. uploading, deleting, and archiving documents, updating contact information, etc.
  • Work with different resources that our company uses to create/update quick cards to help users.
  • Acts as liaison between business and IT.
  • Assists in maintenance and configuration of an application.
  • Maintains and may create files, standard reports and ad-hoc reporting.
  • FDM Work – assist with or conducts audits, updates information, including but not limited to print tiers, product/product classes, full text metadata, etc. Assist with FDM reports, and other miscellaneous FDM tasks.
  • PDC Portal Work – including but not limited ODEN Online Passwords maintenance, monitoring the PDC Portal Corrections Mailbox, Document Library Reviews/Audit, Rate and Rule page Audits, etc.
  • Robotic Review – would be responsible for the weekly review of FileNet, to ensure the past week of robotics ran successfully and the filings have moved to FileNet.
  • Filing Assistance – assist with ISO multiline filings, annual certification filings, and interline filings. Assist with filing team overflow filings when needed.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks – Assist with various ongoing tasks including but not limited to updating quick cards, doing state retention checks, running weekly/monthly reports, maintaining various tracking spreadsheet.
  • Other Project Based Work on an as needed basis.

Job RequirementsEducation: Associate Degree or equivalent experience.Field of Study: Business, Liberal Arts or a related discipline.Experience: Generally, 0 to 3 years of related experience.
