This Position reports to:
Manager Automated ESS Production
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this key role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. You will be significantly involved in optimizing and continuously improving our production and testing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
Work model: On-site
Your main responsibilities include:
Taking ownership of, supporting, and further developing assembly and testing processes for our ESS modules, including analysis and deriving concrete improvement measures
Supporting production with technical challenges, root cause analysis, and achieving all performance targets
Collaborating closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Industrial Engineering, as well as supporting new projects to ensure a smooth and efficient production start-up. This includes preparing instructions and guidelines
Training, coaching, and supporting production staff to sustainably ensure quality and efficiency

Qualifications for the role
Technical background (e.g., Electronics Technician, Automation Technician, Mechatronics Technician) – further education (HF/FH) is an advantage
Experience in production, quality assurance, or testing – ideally in the field of energy storage or electronics
Interest in measurement technology, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Structured working style, initiative, and team spirit
Good German skills, English is an advantage
