• Track product design/development to specification.
• Work with BW Engineering groups to ensure products conform to specifications.
• Work with the Quality group to define major warranty concerns on each product line and where possible, come up with design solutions to resolve these issues.
• Work with relative team such as PM, Quality, Manufacturing and PTC establishing and implementing change management including TCR and/or PCN system to track the implementation of PDSCR’s into production.
• Support reducing manufacturing cost, scrap and reject at plant.
