Job DescriptionWe are looking for a experienced, passionate, and IT Product Engineer to be involved in full Systems Development Life Cycle and provide support to the system users.
We require individuals who are strong believers in continuous improvement and are constantly driven to bring about positive change to processes
What you'll need to bring to the party
- Successful candidates will play a major part in SDLC and provide support to internal system users.
- You will be part of the capable team of supporting complex technical issues.
- Be a key driver in our team by actively collaborating with the team, supporting the development of, and executing the strategy to mature support.
- A focus will also be placed on driving system improvement and operational efficiencies.
- What you'll be doing
- Involve in R&D, design, implementation, integration, testing and deployment of software application
- You will be conducting, leads and coordination a specific application module development activity
- Ensure module developed meets the architecture and standard set forth, including conducting code reviews, unit testing and integration testing and continuous process improvement

Qualifications

- Must possess a Degree / Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent. Seniority will be commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
- At least 2 years' experience in systems design and the implementation of software.
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, along with back-end skills in PHP and MySQL.
- Familiarity with AWS services is also required.
- Experience with CodeIgniter, and MVC architecture
- Experience on developing Restful API with XML / JSON.
- Good understanding of Agile, SCRUM, SDLC and software design concepts.
- Familiarity using AI tools for coding help, documentation, or automation is a plus.
- Knowledge in JIRA / Bitbucket / Jenkins / Static Code Security are an advantage.
- Understanding security principles & best practices (e.g., OWASP Top Ten) in web application development.
- Experience writing unit tests and integration tests (xUnit or similar).
- Strong skills in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
