ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Aerospace Strategic Business Units (SBUs), Sales, and Customer Marketing teams to identify customer engagement activities which offer a meaningful return on investment, and maintain a continuous improvement mentality for each event edition
- Support on-site and remote execution, including planning, construction, outfitting, logistics, labor, branding, Executive support, and ensure event ROI is properly tracked and improved on an ongoing basis
- Manage vendors to support event and activity execution, including admin and back office procure-to-pay processes, effectively managing budgets per show and per year for the region
- An ambassador -- and key protector -- of our brand in all work, including acting as a reviewer/approver of content and driving the positioning of the independent Honeywell Aerospace brand in the market
- Develop clear project plans for each main activity, and lead the planning and coordination for execution of each event in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Be the primary point of contact for the business from customer marketing for event purposes, and work closely with other digital marketing, brand, creative, event, social and campaign marketers
- Report on event performance and event related campaign KPIs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future customer engagement activities.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Degree in Project Management, Marketing or similar certified education, alternatively 4+ years of experience in project, event management, branding, or marketing campaign management
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of working on many projects simultaneously with strong execution, inter-personal and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort in operating across international borders, diplomatic capability to successfully interface with international cultures, and treat stakeholders at the most senior (CEO) levels with appropriate respect but also firmness, if needed and as required by the situation
- Ability to collaborate successfully with internal finance and sourcing teams, and with outsourced Vendors and suppliers
- Proficiency in Excel, contracting, reconciliation and the development of analytics, as well as Salesforce.com for success measurement and tracking
- The ability to meet deadlines, work under demanding conditions in high stress periods and problem solving in times of crisis with a sense of urgency and passion…while having fun!
Skills Required
- Degree in Project Management, Marketing or similar OR 4+ years experience in project/event management, branding, or marketing campaign management
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Experience working across international borders and engaging senior stakeholders
