Job Description
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise application specialist with a proven track record of implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting business critical applications. The individual should be capable of engaging with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating those requirements into application solutions, configuring workflows and business rules, and supporting the ongoing evolution of the platform. Experience gained on other enterprise applications is valued, as the role requires the ability to rapidly learn and become proficient in new platforms and technologies.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects, and engineering teams to understand business requirements, evaluate product capabilities, configure solutions, and deliver enhancements that meet business objectives.
This role is suited to candidates with experience implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications. It is not a traditional infrastructure support or server administration role. Success in this position requires the ability to understand business requirements, leverage product capabilities, configure solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Solution Design
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business requirements, and process improvement opportunities.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into application configurations, workflows, business rules, and platform capabilities.
- Recommend solutions based on product functionality and industry best practices.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, solution discussions, and user demonstrations.
Product Expertise
- Strong ability to understand product capabilities, limitations, and configuration options.

- Own the delivery of enhancements from requirements analysis through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Participate in the implementation of new capabilities, modules, and enhancements.

Product Ownership & Continuous Improvement
- Act as a functional and technical SME for assigned applications.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities and identify opportunities to maximize business value.

- Experience working with MDM, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Governance, ERP, CRM, Workflow, Case Management, or other business-critical enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to engage business stakeholders, translate requirements into solutions, and successfully deliver business outcomes through application configuration and platform capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into configured application solutions and successfully delivering business outcomes
