Who We Are

At Omaze, we give our community in the UK and Germany the chance to win luxury homes and other life-changing prizes — all while raising money for the causes they love.

Thanks to our Omaze Community, we’ve raised over £100 million for UK charities in just five years. That’s millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life-saving work.

And the best part? We’re only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.

🔑 About The Job

Having already gained serious traction and significant revenue with a lean team, there’s still a huge greenfield opportunity ahead. You’ll be joining an early-stage product organisation that’s expanding into new markets while also innovating and launching new products for millions of customers.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape product strategy, scale teams and help define how product operates across the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to drive product-led growth, unlock innovation and create exceptional customer experiences at scale.

🤩 About You

You love building products, creating structure and leading through ambiguity. You’re energised by solving complex problems, scaling teams and delivering meaningful impact through technology and customer experience.

You’re equally comfortable setting strategic direction and rolling up your sleeves to help teams execute. You know how to inspire high-performing product teams, influence stakeholders across the business and bring clarity to fast-moving environments.

Most importantly, you’re excited by the opportunity to help grow a mission-driven business that has already raised over £100 million for incredible causes across the UK — and is just getting started.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead day-to-day execution across several cross-functional squads.

  • Grow and coach a high-performing team of Product Managers, setting the bar for talent and product craft.

  • Drive company-level product strategy to support product-led growth.

  • Own area-level OKRs, roadmaps and delivery, ensuring squads stay aligned and operate efficiently.

  • Drive innovation across the product experience, from new games to app personalisation.

  • Scale and evolve the experimentation engine to support rapid learning and optimisation.

  • Support international expansion initiatives and help launch into new markets.

  • Shape how product squads collaborate with engineering, design, data and commercial teams.

  • Bring AI into the product team’s toolkit to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Act as a bridge between Product and the wider business through compelling storytelling and communication.

🙌What’s In It For You
  • Generous stock options scheme

  • Private medical and dental insurance

  • 9% employer pension contributions when you contribute at least 2%

  • A personal learning and development budget each year to use on training courses, conferences and professional memberships

  • Personal equipment budget to support working from home

  • Enhanced family leave policies

  • Life assurance of 4x your salary
