DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

This role will report to to Head of Product & Business Development

As the Product Director, you will:

  • Lead the overall business strategy and growth of assigned cybersecurity vendors and product portfolios.
  • Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and vendor engagement to achieve annual business objectives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans, sales enablement programmes, and channel development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with vendors, partners, and key end customers.
  • Manage vendor business reviews, forecasting, pipeline development, and quarterly business planning activities.
  • Identify emerging market trends, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities within the cybersecurity market.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and regional teams to drive business performance and customer success.
  • Lead and mentor Product Managers and supporting team members to maximize productivity and career development.
  • Oversee pricing strategy, inventory planning, rebate programmes, and commercial negotiations with vendors and partners.
  • Monitor and report business performance, ensuring operational excellence and execution against strategic goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Product Director:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, business development, channel management, or cybersecurity distribution.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, channel ecosystem, and enterprise technology market.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and executing strategic business plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical and financial management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
