Senior Product Manager (Cards)

First Circle is a fast-growing, profitable, credit-led SME NeoBank in the Philippines whose shareholders include the World Bank Group (IFC). Today, our Business Credit Line and Business Bank Accounts are used by thousands of SMEs to grow and run their business. Our product velocity has accelerated — in the next few months we’ll release SME Corporate Cards, Payroll, Invoices, and Solar Financing — redefining the SME NeoBank category through software, financial products, and exceptional risk models.

Building product in developing markets like the Philippines presents unique challenges, given the state of digital infrastructure. We are building virtually everything in-house, which is not easy, but its a lot of fun. The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Cards product as we launch it onto the market. Reporting to the CEO, you will work at the highest level to design and execute solutions that drive business growth and customer success. • Lead the development and execution of our Cards product, driving strategy from concept to launch.
• Own key product metrics and ensure that every decision contributes to meaningful business outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business teams to align on priorities and execute efficiently.
• Leverage data and deep analytical thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement.
• Take a highly outcome-oriented approach, ensuring efforts translate into real impact for customers and the business.
• Operate with extreme ownership—you are responsible for delivering results, not just managing a backlog.
• Work in a high-performance culture that demands top-notch work effort, strategic thinking, and relentless execution.
• Travel to Manila periodically to work closely with teams on the ground.

• 4-8 years of experience in a highly analytical, problem-solving fintech product role
• Nice to have: previous experience with Cards products
• Experience working within a fast-growing business (ideally a fintech company).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills—able to break down complex problems and build structured solutions.
• Worked on fintech-related products and can demonstrate successful outcomes
• Highly outcome-driven - focused on delivering impact, not just managing processes.
• Extreme ownership mindset - takes responsibility for success and doesn’t wait for direction.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-performance environments
