You AreA dynamic Product Director for our eCommerce SaaS platform who owns the roadmap for a portfolio of shipping products. You set direction, define strategy, expand platform capabilities, assess strategic partnerships, manage complex programs, and drive initiatives that achieve shared goals and revenue targets. You play a pivotal role in enhancing offerings and accelerating growth through disciplined execution and cross‑functional collaboration.
You WillDefine and develop customer‑driven products by working backward from customer needs to deliver outstanding features and experiences that delight users.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration with product, engineering, sales, marketing, legal, and other internal teams to align priorities and roadmap direction.
Lead execution across engineering, design, partnerships, sales, and customer success to deliver roadmap commitments on time.
Measure and improve performance across revenue growth, activation, adoption, PSAT, and churn reduction.
Build and lead a high‑performing team through mentorship, guidance, and professional development.
Manage risk by proactively identifying potential issues in strategic partnerships, client relationships, and product development.
Adapt with agility to market shifts and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 10+ years in product development, account/partnership management, or business development within e‑commerce platforms, fulfillment, software, or SaaS.

Customer‑centric product leadership with experience driving successful products and exceptional customer outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement.

Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions that help organizations simplify sending operations and deliver greater value to their customers. We offer a full range of shipping and inbound package management software and hardware, client communication management software, mailing equipment, and the services and supplies that enable clients to efficiently create mail and evidence postage.
Compensation:The wage range for this position is $180,000-$200,000 per year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills, experience, and location as they relate to the job requirements. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
