The Product Director will develop and execute brand specific market development strategy and tactics. In this role, you will be responsible for generating insights, shaping, and implementing market development initiatives & KOL strategy for assigned brands. This Product Director will work across multiple functions and teams, including brand marketing, field sales, Thought Leader Liaisons and other internal partners to help execute our key business initiatives for assigned brands within Multiple Myeloma.
Position Description:
Lead Development of Market Development & KOL strategy in close collaboration with TLL team and brand team for assigned brands
Lead KOL ID & influence mapping to shape KOL engagement plans
Lead development of Third Party program strategy for assigned brands and partner with Thought Leader Liaisons (TLL) to execute programs
Responsible for defining and tracking brand advocacy among target KOLs
Develop & deliver TLL playbooks for assigned brands
Ensures strategies, and tactics are developed and performed in close partnership with Brand Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners
Partner with analytics and operations teams to track utilization and impact of market development initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Requirements:
A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge.
A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields
and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program.
Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
Ability to travel up to 30%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
Preferred:
Experience in Oncology
