Position Purpose
The Associate Product Developer role is part of the TTEC Digital Experience Innovation team, supporting DevOps initiatives across multiple cloud environments. This position serves as a DevOps subject matter expert contributing to new implementations, upgrades, and cloud-based platform solutions. The role focuses on networking, security, monitoring, alerting, deployment automation, and cloud cost optimization across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
This position provides exposure to Networking & Network Security and major cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues across hybrid environments (on-prem to cloud and cloud to cloud).
Configure and troubleshoot:
VPNs (Site-to-Site, IPSec, SSL)
VPC networking (subnets, routes, NAT, gateways)
VPC Peering, Private Service Connect, Private Endpoints
Load Balancers (L4/L7) and DNS
Implement and validate firewall rules, ACLs, security groups, NSGs, and Zero Trust controls.
Perform packet analysis and traffic tracing using tcpdump, Wireshark, Cloud Trace, and VPC Flow Logs.
Configure secure networking in AWS, GCP, or Azure (at least one cloud mandatory).
Work with IAM policies for secure access management.
Improve network security posture using:
Cloud Armor / AWS WAF / Azure Firewall
Security Command Center / GuardDuty / Defender
Ensure compliance with organization-level security policies.
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives (basic to intermediate level).
Willingness to work in Shift B/C as required.
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, DNS, VPNs, subnetting, and security rules.
Hands-on experience in at least one cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
Experience troubleshooting hybrid cloud network environments end-to-end.
Experience with firewall configurations and Zero Trust network flows.
Knowledge of Cloud Security services (Cloud Armor, GuardDuty, Defender, etc.).
Strong Linux fundamentals with shell and Python scripting.
Basic understanding of DevOps tools (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containers).
Experience with Monitoring & Observability tools.

Education, Experience and Certification
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Strong background in Networking and Security.
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP preferred).
Proven experience in Cloud Security.
Good knowledge of Monitoring & Observability tools.
Basic understanding of DevOps tools and practices.
