Senior Product Designer / Lead Product Designer
MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The primary responsibility of the Product Design Intern is to assist in conducting user research and support the creation of user-friendly interfaces for various projects. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of product designers, product managers, and engineers to enhance user experiences through data-driven design.
TASKS:
- Assist in gathering data for research, including conducting usability tests and gathering user feedback.
- Support in sketching mockups and creating prototypes for both web and mobile applications.
- Contribute to establishing and implementing design guidelines.
- Assist in developing personas, journey maps, and defining user flows.
- Advocate for the company’s design culture and philosophy, both internally and externally.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Product Design Lead
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
- Passion for Product/UX Design, especially for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong empathy for users and a genuine interest in solving user-centric problems.
- An eye for design and detail, with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Basic understanding of user research methods and prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with design software such as Figma (required), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
